Employee Bios
Susan Prowell started with 21st Century Cellular in early September of 2007. She is a Hillsborough resident and has five years prior US Cellular experience. She used to work in the Hooksett kiosk, and then transferred to the Concord corporate location until she left in 2002. She also has a teaching background which has been a wonderful asset to us as well.
Susan has always enjoyed the wireless industry, especially US Cellular, as she has also sold various other carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, and Cingular/AT&T. She is glad to be back at a company she truly believes in and selling a product she trusts and uses.
Susan has lived in the Southern part of NH most of her life, but her family resides in other parts of the country. While family is her first passion, with everyone so spread out she uses her other free time to swim, enjoy the outdoors and read.
With Susan’s diverse background, she is sure to be able to be able to answer all your questions and service your every cellular need at the Hillsborough kiosk.
Cathy Borges has been a part of the 21cc team since late 2006. She started with us on a part time basis to help extend the hours of the Hillsborough location, while simultaneously working in other locations when the need arose. She has been a stable and reliable person to have within our organization.
Cathy took a sabbatical from us at the end of 2007 to take advantage of a scholarship and exchange program that she had been honored with. She spent 3 months in Vienna, Austria where she was able to use her fluency in the German language to her advantage and continue her education.
She also brings to us a wealth of people in the surrounding communities who know and love her. She is an active member in her community, including President of the local Legion.
Come in to visit Cathy and see why everyone always leaves with a smile. She is always there to help and explain any wireless related question you may have at the Hillsborough kiosk.
